Mise En Place is a key concept behind the Impromptu Friday Nights approach to supper club dinner parties. It is French for put into place. In simple terms it means do as much preparation in advance so that you can enjoy your guests and increase your chances for a successful dinner party.

This is one of the most asked for recipes at our supper clubs. On the surface it seems complicated. It does have several components, but all can be prepared in advance and with your Miss En Place set up it is real easy.
