Roasted Broccoli


  • • 3 large crowns of broccoli (about 6 cups)
  • • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • • ¼ cup olive oil
  • • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


  1. Cut up broccoli into smaller 1 inch pieces and place in a large mixing bowl
  2. Toss with olive oil. Add garlic and salt and pepper and toss until well coated
  3. Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil
  4. Roast in a oven that has been preheated to 375 degrees for 40 minutes
  5. (Can be cooked ahead and reheated)
  6. Serve in a large serving bowl as a side dish
