Teriyaki Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 heaping teaspoons of corn starch
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, white wine and sugar in a medium sauce. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Dissolve the cornstarch in cold water and then add to the boiling soy mixture. Whisk to thicken and then let cool
