Vanilla Ice Cream Berries in a Grand Marnier Sauce

Ingredients

  • • 1 cup sugar
  • • 1 cup water
  • • 2 ounces Grand Mariner
  • • 2 cups raspberries (I love raspberries but you can choose any that are in season)
  • • Vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Make simple syrup by combining sugar and water in a pot over medium heat. Whisk until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add Grand Marnier.
  3. Set aside to cool.
  4. At the last minute before serving, combine with berries and serve over ice cream.
