Vanilla Ice Cream Berries in a Grand Marnier Sauce
- • 1 cup sugar
- • 1 cup water
- • 2 ounces Grand Mariner
- • 2 cups raspberries (I love raspberries but you can choose any that are in season)
- • Vanilla ice cream
- Make simple syrup by combining sugar and water in a pot over medium heat. Whisk until the sugar dissolves.
- Add Grand Marnier.
- Set aside to cool.
- At the last minute before serving, combine with berries and serve over ice cream.
