Ingredients
- • 1 10-ounce package grape tomatoes, cut in half
- • 3 ½ cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch chunks
- • 15 Kalamata olives, cut in halves lengthwise
- • 2 tablespoons capers
- • ¼ cup olive oil
- • Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
- • ¼ cup Italian basil, coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Cut grape tomatoes into halves and add to a mixing bowl.
- Add watermelon, olives and capers.
- Drizzle in the olive oil while mixing.
- Season aggressively with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with basil and serve.
