Ingredients
- 3 large peaches
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of balsamic glaze (store bought)
- 4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (store bought)
- ΒΌ cup red onion diced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh herbs (dill, chives, Italian parsley or basil)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to high
- Cut peaches in half, remove the stone and brush liberally with olive oil
- Grill the peaches cut side down for 3 or 4 minutes. You want to grill them just long enough to create nice grill marks. Then turn the peaches (Round sides down) and grill for 10 minutes. It takes a little guts as the peaches will char, just relax, char is good.
- Remove the peaches and let cool for 10 to 15 minutes
- Cut each peach half into quarters and then arrange on a serving platter, sprinkle with red onion
- Drizzle on a generous portion of sweet chili sauce
- Top with chopped herbs and a drizzle of balsamic glaze
