Ingredients
- 1 16 oz NY Strip Steak (at least 1 inch thick)
- 1 peach
- 3 green onion (green part only)
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Tooth picks
Instructions
- Allow steak to warm to room temperature
- Brush steak with olive oil and then sprinkle generously with salt and pepper
- Grill steak to just medium rare
- Pull the steak off the grill and allow to sit for at least five minutes
- Slice steak into bite size pieces
- Cut the perfectly ripe peach into mini half wedges (less than one inch long and 1/2 inch thick)
- Slice green onion into 1/4 inch slices
- With toothpick, stab peach, onion and then steak
- Plate your bites and then drizzle with sweet chili sauce
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Drizzle plate with remaining green onion
- Serve.
