Ingredients
Shrimp Salad
- ½ pound 20-25 count shrimp (precooked and diced into 1/4 inch chunks)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons finely diced celery
- 2 tablespoons finely diced green onion
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 3 or 4 dashes of tabasco sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, Worcestershire and tabasco.
- Add shrimp, celery and onion then fold ingredients together
- Place a tablespoon of shrimp salad on the Parmesan crisp round and then top with fresh dill sprigs
