Ingredients
Smoked Salmon Spread
- 3 ounces of smoked salmon (Or just about any smoked fish)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sautéed garlic
- 1 tablespoon sautéed shallot
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 3 or 4 dashes of tabasco sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Wasabi Cream
- 2 tablespoons of wasabi paste
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
Instructions
Smoked Salmon Spread
- 3 ounces of smoked salmon (Or just about any smoked fish)

- Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse to combine
Wasabi Cream
- Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse to combine
- Place a spoonful of salmon spread on the low carb cracker.
- Pour the wasabi cream into a small plastic bag. Cut a quarter inch hole into the corner of the bag and squeeze out a dollop of wasabi bream onto the salmon spread
- Dress the Capers and fresh dill
