Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 3 ounces (85 grams or 2 cps packed) fresh basil
- ¾ cup (75 grams) walnuts
- 1 cup (100 grams) Parmesan cheese
- 5/8 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Combine basil, garlic and walnuts together in a food processor and process into a granular paste
- Drizzle in olive oil and process to a smoother paste
- Add salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese and pulse until it combines into desired consistency
