Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 ounces smoked salmon roughly chopped.
- 2 scallions (green onions white and green parts) roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or 2 tablespoons dried dill)
- ½ tablespoon fresh Italian leaf parsley chopped
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- In the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade pulse/chop the green onion and parsley to roughly chop
- Cut the cream cheese into 1 inch chunks and then microwave on high for 44 seconds to soften
- Combine the cream cheese with the scallions, horseradish, dill, salt ,pepper, garlic and onion powder in the food processor for 5 seconds until all the ingredients are combined
