Ingredients
- 4 large portabella mushrooms cut in ½ inch slices
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Ground black pepper
- Truffle Balsamic glaze (store bought)
Instructions
- Brush mushrooms with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Grill on high heat until well marked (2 minutes or so on each side)
- Arrange on platter
- Drizzle liberally with Truffle Balsamic glaze
- Serve
