Ingredients
- 3 cups of lobster meat (diced into ½ to 1 inch chunks)
- 1 cup celery
- ½ cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup mayo
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon diced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl whisk together the mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, chives and tarragon to make the dressing.
- In a large bowl combine lobster, celery, onion. Fold in the dressing to coat.
