Ingredients
- 1/8 cup basil pesto (see recipe)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (or balsamic glaze)
- Kosher salt to taste
- Black pepper (freshly ground) to taste
Instructions
- Place pesto on the middle of good sized plate
- Pour olive oil over and around the pesto ensuring some dissolution (but not too much) of the pesto
- Drizzle balsamic artistically around the plate
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Serve
