Ingredients
- 4 cups Potatoes Mousseline

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
Instructions
- Form patties by taking a ½ cup of the potato mixture and forming it into patty that is ½ inch thick
- Melt the butter in a non-stick sauté pan under medium high heat. Sauté four patties at a time 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until you get a golden brown crust on both sides.
- Repeat the process for the second batch of four patties
