Ingredients
- • 3 large crowns of broccoli (about 6 cups)
- • 4 garlic cloves minced
- • ¼ cup olive oil
- • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut up broccoli into smaller 1 inch pieces and place in a large mixing bowl
- Toss with olive oil. Add garlic and salt and pepper and toss until well coated
- Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil
- Roast in a oven that has been preheated to 375 degrees for 40 minutes
- (Can be cooked ahead and reheated)
- Serve in a large serving bowl as a side dish
