Ingredients
- 10 ¼ inch slices of peeled cucumber
- 10 slices of heirloom tomato
- 10 half slices of fresh mozzarella
- 10 leaves of red leaf lettuce
- ½ cup of cilantro leaves
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1 lime
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place lettuce in the middle of a large plate
- Ring the plate with cucumber slices, avocado slices and tomato/mozzarella slices.
- Drizzle the lime juice on the avocado
- Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic on the tomato/mozzarella and cucumber
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
