Ingredients
- 1 medium sized zucchini (sliced into 3/8 inch thick rounds)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sauté zucchini in olive oil for 2 minutes on side one, flip and sprinkle with Parmesan, salt and pepper and cook for another 2 minutes, set aside
