Ingredients
- • ½ cups of sliced shallots
- • 2 cloves garlic sliced
- • 2 TBLSP of olive oil
- • ½ cup mayonnaise
- • 1/2 cup sour cream
- • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- • 8 ounces of grilled fish (amberjack, blue fish, grouper, sea bass all work well)
- • 2 or 3 dashed of Tabasco
- • 1 tablespoon horseradish
- • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- • Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sauté shallots/garlic in olive oil under medium until translucent. Let cool
- In a food process combine fish/dill/shallots/garlic and process to a paste
- Add all other ingredients and process till smooth
- Chill and serve
