Ingredients
- 8 ounces fish (Grilled tuna, cod, bluefish etc.)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ Cup Whipped cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley roughly diced
- 2 teaspoons processed horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon hot sauce
- ½ teaspoon old bay seasoning
Instructions
- In a food processor, process tuna to a rough crumble
- Add all other ingredients and pulse/process to a desired texture
- Refrigerate for an hour to allow flavors to meld
