Ingredients
- 1 large 1 lb. tomato (or two smaller tomatoes)
- 1 burrata
- 1 cup watermelon chunks (1 inch)
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- ½ cup romaine chopped
- 3 tablespoons red onion chopped
- 4 whole chives
- 4 thyme sprigs
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Instructions
- On a sizeable serving platter, place a burrata in the middle
- Slice the tomato in half and then in ¼ inch slices. Then arrange around the burrata
- Sprinkle watermelon chunks, pesto, lettuce, onion, herbs, olive oil and glaze
- Serve
