- 1 baguette
- 6 ounces Brie
- 8 teaspoons apricot preserve
- 16 walnut halves
- Honey for decoration
Instructions
- Cut baguette into 3/8-inch-thick diagonal slices. Brush lightly with olive oil and then bake in a 350-degree oven for 10 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with Kosher salt after baking.
- Top crostini with a slice of Brie
- Add apricot preserve
- Top with walnut halves
- Drizzle with honey
