Sautéed Chanterelles

Chanterelle Mushrooms


  • • 10 ounces Chanterelle mushrooms, cleaned
  • • 3 tablespoons butter
  • • Salt and pepper


  1. In a large sauté pan, melt the butter and add mushrooms. Sauté for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve.
